Over the period July 5 & 6 I tried on multiple occasions to make purchases from the site however the Sage Pay page would always state that the payment had failed. I tried with different cards with the same result. On July 7 I was informed by my card providers that all failed transactions had been authorised, this resulted in awaiting for refunds which have now been concluded.
My advice would be to have IT support over weekends for this type of issue.
