To date the site has been really good and efficient with excellent postal times. I do have one observation, I have been buying pins from the site but why is it that single pins attract no postage but buying multiple pins attracts a postal charge. I want to buy 16 pins, do they really want me to buy 16 individual pins as 16 individual orders so as not to attract the postage with the consequent pain for me and them that will result from it?
