Ordered 50cm Clyde plush toy online (which said was in stock) on 5th july, money was taken out of my bank 7th.phoned on 17th July and the item had still not been despatched!!!seemingly was despatched on 18th hopefully i should receive it this week!!!this was to be a birthday present for my sons birthday!!!( i would give this poor in my ratings) visited the Glasgow shop at George Square (came through from Edinburgh especially for this.i have to say i thought the shop was a bit drab.not very exciting to walk around, saying that my little boy purchased the 1metre Clyde and he absolutely adores him a welcome addition to our household.also purchased the hoodies which i really liked.i thought the t-shirts were not a very good fit.(i would give this normal in my ratings)
