This has been one of the most disapointing purchases made on the internet. On Sun 6 July I tried to order a T Shirt for my grand daughter and on three occasions my card was declined I therfore assumed that that the purchase had not gone through. my husband was worries that his account had been tampered with especially as we were going on holiday the next day. On Sun 13 Jul y I was clearing various E Mails and found your confirmation of purchase dated 8 July. I E mailed to ask if the item had been dispatched and to confirm that only 1 had been charged. I received a reply on 15 July to say only 1 had been charged but that the colour ordered was out of stock although this colour was in stock at the time it was ordered and would I agree to swap the colour to the one that was out of stock on the date of the orginal order. This was swapped on 16 July and my grand daughter received it on Sat. 19 July. This was a long drawn out affair and if time gad permitted I wish I had gone to Glasgow to buy it and post it myself. I certainly would not consider using the Glasgow2014 shop again. G Edmond
