Shopping online was easy but the item I wanted was not in stock which I only found out after buying. Refund was quick but online shop needs to stock control better. I would have bought something else instead, now I don't want to have to shop online again. Replacement stock not as nice as the originals but everything delivered quickly and on the whole service was good with good communication.
