Delivery was slow (one week from placing order to goods arriving), no confirmation email with a reference number received so not clear order had actually been received. Merchandise shops around the city not connected to online sales to unable to help with tracking where the order had got to. Contact phone number not easy to find on the website, but once I did, the service from it was extremely good in tracking down my order and confirming that it was actually on its way.
