Left hanging about for half an hour waiting for an answer to my query. The information I got the day before was incorrect and made me waste a morning travelling in for an item which wasn't there. Also got a photo taken which developed with green hair I have blonde hair so again had to make an additional trip in for them to photoshop it, apparently the green background causes this. So all in all not a very good experience.
