the process of setting up to place an order was quite long and not really needed
delivery time was ok and efficient
the product I ordered was two 150mm Clyde dolls , at eight pounds each plus potage, on arrival I was disappointed in the dolls and felt they were way over priced also the postage costs was expensive for the item that arrived wont be using the shop again
