Absolutely ,100%,utterly,completely dissatisfied with this service.Ordered goods on 27/7/14,here we are on1/8/14 still have not received item,a gymsack,incidentally,had to register to buy,was informed an e-mail confirmation would be sent,still waiting,had to call to find out where goods were,told they were dispatched 29/7/14 still not here!I live 5 miles from shop which is like a battlefield hence the reason to buy online.Big mistake!
