One item arrived broken and hence unusable. This may well be the fault of the delivery company as opposed to Glasgow 2014 itself, however after emailing them seeking help as instructed to do in the case of a return, I have yet to receive any reply after 4 days. I understand that they will be busy, however an acknowledgement of the problem would be helpful.
