Purchases not yet received I have contacted the company's help desk several times only to be informed no later than this morning 4/8/14 that the my order has not yet been dispatched and will hopefully be dispatched later today. I'm totally disappointed with this service having paid extra money for the goods to be sent within 2-3 working days.
