I received my first order very timely and for the 2nd order I made a mistake which was correctly very quickly by one of the customer service responses. Just disappointed I missed out on ordering a Clyde mascot - I asked if there would be more coming into stock, but not heard any news yet via email. I see I can pre-order for Christmas so that's good!
