I tried to order a closing ceremony badge from your website. The transaction appeared to go through, but since then I have received nothing. Neither confirmation of order, the badge itself or notification that I wouldn't receive it. I was very disappointed as I understand they were limited editions & having taken part in the closing ceremony I had hoped to receive one. However in terms of customer service, I expected better communication & left feeling very disgruntled
