I purchased a Closing Ceremony pin badge on 29th July. It arrived today, 11th August, almost two weeks later. If I order something from Amazon, as an example, it generally arrives the following day. Two weeks is simply too long.
Then, I purchased a wallet on Friday of last week. On the final payment page a notification indicated that there was a problem with the card payment. Thinking that I had entered incorrect payment information, I slowly and methodically re-input the payment card details. Again, a problem with payment card notification arrive on screen. So, I thought it best to check the funds in my account to see if this was the issue. Imagine my surprise to discover that payment had been taken twice, and on checking my emails, I had also received two order acknowledgements for two separate orders of the same item. Not ideal, however since I can find a use for the second purchase I have not cancelled it. Poor screen information.
