Ordered 4 items on 28th July
Next day got email saying 1 was no longer in stock, and would proceed with the other 3 items
On 9th August I emailed them asking why the other 3 items had not been despatched
They had obviously 'lost' the order, as I then got a reply saying another 2 items were now no longer in stock, and they would despatch the remaining item.
This was then despatched on the 11th August
Very Very poor, as their delays, resulted in 2 of the items I ordered going out of stock
