The service as been well below what I would normally expect. I do appreciate that due to high demand a number of items were out of stock , but this was not made clear on ordering!
I had to chase to get any responses and then they took a couple of days to respond
On top of that items I had ordered and out of stock were now being offered at a considerable reduction ?
A shame really as the games were great but the shop customer response and service is abissmal !
