It depends on what order you are referring too, if it was GLASS022643, Order was placed on 7/8/14. Nothing was heard until 18/8/14 when I got an email saying one item was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked, so got my refund for that. Got an email saying item was on its way on 19/8/14 but did not receive until today (26/8/14) when delivery said it would be withing 2 working days
