Pleased with the backpack I ordered but disappointed that I waited four weeks then contacted you to be told the kids caps I ordered were out of stock I am sure I could have been informed weeks earlier especially when you knew the stock was not being replaced. They were for a gift to send to Australia so very disappointed.
