I ordered two T shirts on the 9th August. I received confirmation of my order and monies were debited to my account.
On the 1 September I had not received the goods nor received any communication and sent an email asking about my order. I received an email advising that only I T shirt was available and a refund would be made to my account.
I should not have had to send an email about my order I should have been contacted sooner.
Poor show - but then its all over and attention to detail has obviously fallen by the wayside.
