At first I thought that this was a joke as it arrived, 7th September, just three days from the 4th September, when you delivered TWO of the THREE items that I paid for on August 4th.
I am rating as poor and not very poor rating as you reacted very swiftly in sending out those TWO items, however, only after receiving my E_Mail of complaint.
It would have been a normal or good rating had you sent all three items.
I am still awaiting the third item.
