The actual purchase online was quick and easy but the delivery time was unacceptable. Delivery time was quoted as within 5 working days but 10 days later it hadn't even been despatched. I called to find out where my order was and was told they were very busy and had a backlog. In this case I would have expected some sort of notification to advise of the delay.
