Failed to deliver to own stated timescales 'If all your ordered items are shown as 'In Stock' then you can expect dispatch within 5 working days,
Failed to advise me of the delays.
Only updated me on delayed delivery AFTER I emailed them to question it.
Poor service.
Poor Customer Service in not apologising for the delay/me having to contact them to find out what was going on.
