E-mailed when order had arrived after 10 working days. Received reply saying order had been delayed due to one of the items becoming out of stock and that the rest of the order would be sent asap. How long does it take to find that an item is out of stock? Why were the other items not sent? Do not know if order has arrived as am now on holiday.
