The poor rating comes from the availability of goods sold. Having ordered stock from the online store which stated in stock, only to receive confirmation email stating out of stock. Then having to chase after 3 weeks and then get credited for items which are no longer available. I would not have ordered if I had been told they were out of stock, as I may have chosen a different item.
