I ordered two items, one of which at the time was showing on order. The advice note claimed that in that instance, normal dispatch is 10 - 14 days. The money for both items was taken out of my account 2 days after my order. After 18 working days I sent an e-mail to enquire about my order only to be told that the item out of stock was no longer available and I would receive a refund. I wonder how long it would have taken to inform me of this if I had not sent my e-mail?
