I thought communication could be improved. e.g., acknowledging my order by email, by letting me know that items I'd ordered were out of stock (to allow me to choose alternatives rather than you losing the business) and to tell me when to expect my order (I have waited almost two weeks now and still not received). This is a wee bit disappointing given the positive way in which the commonwealth games were portrayed and given that I choose to support this well after the event for that very reason.
