I've made a few purchases over 12-18 months and have been really pleased with the quality of the products and the speed of service. My last order, however, has taken a lot longer (not yet received) and I'm disappointed as I've just been informed that 1 item is no longer available - at the time of order this was not the case. Unfortunately, it will now be difficult to give one of my other items to the intended recipient as her brother can't have his!
