Despite item being out of stock, I placed an order knowing it would take a while before my order would be completed. I received messages to keep me informed of the progress and assurances that my item would be sent as soon as it was in stock, I was also informed when item was sent and tracking details. All in all a good service, it was really nice to be kept informed as to the progress of my order. I was very pleased when I received my order at long last!
