The fact that you'd run out of Clydes was understandable, and getting more produced very sensible but the time taken to deliver is poor. I was led to believe these would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas; its now too late to send one to Australia and I can no longer send one to London with my sister (she left today). To cap it all you ask me to review a product before I've actually received it!!
