Staff Clueless during a security alert.
No one had a clue what was going on and missed my flight as a result.
Airport claim no liability, even although Border force and lawyers both say it was the airport staff at fault.
Airport now playing the hiding, and non responsive game to any E-mails and not returning phone calls, hoping I go away.
Terrible way to run an operation!
