Poor quality glasses& poor customer service. Order my original order in March/April & received the eyeglasses in about 4-5 weeks. Once receiving the eyeglasses & using the 3 times the arm of the glasses broke. Contacted customer care & was able to return the full original order in less that 1 week of receiving it. Since May 2020 I’ve been trying to get a replacement pair of eyeglasses. After 4 months & several phone calls there isn’t a new order , just store credit. This must be a big joke on customers & I didn’t know about a problem with the replacement order. Wouldn’t recommend them.
