Ordered an oak dining table in store at Waterloo. Rhys Cole (sales consultant) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. He answered all my questions about delivery and agreed to send the table already assembled. Delivery was the next day and happened seamlessly. Overall, a very satisfying and pleasant experience!
