The owner of Glicks delightfully and unexpectedly contacted us regarding the $160 delivery charge which we mentioned in our recent Glicks review. He explained how it came about and has rectified the anomaly in their system. He also credited us $75. We are very impressed with the promptness and willingness to make things right- we will be back for sure as Glicks has a unique selection of interesting items.
