I recently had such a positive experience experience shopping for new dining chairs from Glicks. I live in Newcastle and received fantastic phone support from Rhys who patiently, cheerfully and professionally answered my questions about the product and then called me back, like he said he would, with dimensions and a quote for freight. I ordered the chairs on Monday around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to receive them the next day. Really outstanding service! AND saved me a trip to Sydney. Thanks again Rhys, you are great at your job :)
