Excellent customer service and products from Glicks - would definitely recommend. Pietra organised an alternative courier so we could get our order quicker due to Christmas period shut-downs and stayed in touch throughout the process. The glass table top arrived damaged (caused during transportation), and Glicks quickly and happily replaced it under warranty, even offering to pay the cost of couriering the new table top. I’m never sure I can trust online companies, but my experience shows Glicks can be trusted to do the right thing.
