I would give 0 stars if that was an option, this place is a joke!!!
As I posted on their FBook - Fellow Vets, especially those who have issues with hearing loss, please don't waste your time with this place. I just tried to order the wifes Christmas present on here both online and via email and after several days of back and forth with a horrible delay on their end, they just now told me I can now only call to make orders.
Literally 11 days before Christmas 😮
