Our cooker needed several parts which were ordered by Dean the Engineer swiftly. Although 1 part came from the manufacturer as the wrong model Dean located the correct replacement part quickly and then returned to complete the job effectively .
We are very happy with the Customer Service team who sorted out a partial refund of a part we didn’t need and Dean’s cheerful and effective service.
