After a few weeks i had some support issues, which i raised via tickets, and i had a reply from Tim (one of their techs) within the hour, and it actually felt like i was talking to someone who cared about my problem and knew what they were talking about. He was very helpful and sorted my issue out promptly. I would be very reluctant to recommend GlowHost host to anybody - because I want all the glory for myself!
