When I had yet another problem with my then hosting provider, I decided to look elsewhere. I had come across GlowHost before (not as a client) and thought that I would at least talk to them. I have been using their cloud vps hosting for past 6 months and have only needed to contact the support team thrice. Stellar, speedy service on a server re-config to get SSL to work properly.
