I had a position opened on Ultimate Traders and when last week Bitcoin had a huge dum I tried to close the position manually at $17000 but the Ultimate Traders website didn’t work and crashed because of this huge move in BTC I couldn’t do anything on the website for about 7 minutes. During this time the price of Bitcoin fell down to $15470. I contacted Ultimate Traders customer service and after waiting for a week and asking me for sending them lot of things from my laptop ( laptop Ram, network speed) and I still didn’t get my lost money back, I just have to involve M A D A C O V I . C O to help me out before I could get my lost money back. Ultimate Traders are just useless and I will never use them again and I recommend to avoid using this scam.
