Terrible… Terrible… Terrible… Talk about bait and switch. They tell you how great they are and then after you sign the contract it’s all downhill from there and they just don’t deliver. I had to fight tooth and nail to get something out of them and their hefty price of $2,500 (to begin) is very steep. Plus, they constantly barrage you with BS upgrades that can cost anywhere from 3k-5k even if you tell them no, they keep pressing. Also, they cannot explain how they will benefit your campaign. Glad I’m done with them.
