We ordered a Bosch vacuum cleaner for my Mother in Law shortly before Christmas. Ordering was simple and the above item arrived the following day. Super prompt service and £50 cheaper than JL for the same model. As far as we know she is very happy with the cleaner- but she's very difficult to fathom!!
