Service from Lords Electrical was excellent, from placement of order, to delivery.
The Dyson Animal cordless vacuum is brilliant to use, lightweight and appears to be well made.
The twenty minutes battery life is sufficient for an average size house, but as technology progressess, hopefully battery life will be extended.
Would definitely use this company again and purchase another of these appliances.
