So glad I choose the Bosch cordless cleaner, it's wonderful, so easy to use as I don't keep having to unplug the cleaner for each room. Very light to carry up and down the stairs. I do empty the cleaner after every use but maybe that's because my old cleaner was so bad at picking up. Overall I would recommend a cordless for many reasons.
