I would have rated my experience in doing my last purchase 5 star, if the the information about delivery had been closer to the Amazon modell.
I need to know in advance the date and hopefully the time slot of a delivery to make sure somebody is in to receive the goods.
This is very important to me and I should think to many of cour customers.
