1. Kwik fit would not let me choose the pay now option, and I therefore had to phone them up.
2. The company owns the car and an employee drives it, but this was not allowed by Kwik Fit, so I wasted loads of time only to find out they wouldn't cover me. A section where I could put him as main driver, and his relationship to me as employee programmed to alert me would have saved at least some time.
