Tried to claim £250 excess cover after accident. Absolute nightmare. Provided all SAGA insurance details, accident info and repair bill copy. Still wanted more but SAGA say they have given me everything they would normally do.
This is a disgraceful rip-off by Gocompare as they seem to block payment by being awkward
I have given up trying and writing the £250 off which is probably what they want anyway. Do not be fooled by this bogus advertising ploy.
