It was a pity that filling out the forms on your site did not relate to what you end up with the Esure company. It had many discrepancies, which when altered over the phone was never updated on the paperwork sent via email. I cancelled the policy and went with our original supplier enough £10,25 more expensive. They tried to charge us a fee for cancelling after less than 10 hours, but when pointing out it was their error they relented.
