I was given several quotes and took the cheapest. When I accepted and tried to pay the payment was failed on two attempts. As my insurance was due the next day I took the next quote which was 40.00 more and the payment was taken. On checking my bank account both payments had been taken and I had to call the first insurance company the next day for a refund. Whilst this is not Go compare fault it was definitely a hassle and I have been told I have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. The site is easy to use but don't leave it to the last minute as unforeseen incidents can occur.
