I could not remember my password for Gocompare.com but as I seemed to be able to access my account there seemed to be no problem until I had chosen what I needed and was asked to put in my password. So after quite a time I was able to change it, but when I entered it, it was not accepted and I was advised that there was someone else with the same details, which was of course myself. It was very frustrating and I tried several times and again the next day (13th). It still would not except my details even though I had received an email to acknowledge I had changed my password. In the end I gave up and after further research rang my broker and bought my car insurance then. Your advice was fine but because of my frustration and time wasting I can only rate it as poor.
